The PSC Library is open M-W 8am-8pm and Th-F 8am-4:30pm. PSC Librarians are available through the "Chat Now" button or via email at librarians@prairiestate.edu.
We want to make sure that library spaces are available to people who need them. Because of this, our spaces and furniture are intended only for short-term use.
Please take your belongings with you when you leave the library. Neither the library nor its staff are responsible for personal belongings left on the premises.
Belongings left in the library—even those with notes on them asking to not be moved—may be cleared from library furniture and brought to the locations listed below. Library items will be checked in and re-shelved.
Drivers licenses, Prairie State IDs, and other valuable items will be brought to campus police the day they are found.
Personal items are kept at the library's Circulation Desk until the end of the current semester. When the semester ends, they are discarded. Flash drives will be wiped at this same time.
